The Pesante series was born as a game between Niccolò Spirito, the designer of these products, and the materials he works with. The challenge arose from the desire to create aesthetically light and thin supports for heavy materials, such as concrete.
The result is a series of tables—a dining table, a desk, and two console tables of varying heights—that are incredibly durable and solid, yet with a sleekness untypical of concrete products. These tables are slender, thin, and sleek, practical yet incredibly sturdy. The frame is made of 3×3 cm tubular steel, and the lower and upper ends of the legs feature a playful detail: small sections of etched and colored cast bronze.
The colors and sizes of the tables are customizable.

The classic console table from the Pesante series is narrow and tall, perfect for an entryway, hallway, or large living room.
